__Host-laravel_cookie_consent	This cookie stores the user's decision to consent to the use of cookies. After initial consent, this is not requested again until the expiry date.	Shelf life: 365 days.

Privacy Statement and Data processing Description

This Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) explains how and for what purpose Accenture will process certain personal data belonging to the authorized users of the HCM Learning Platform (“Platform”) when they access and use it.

Authorized users can be either Accenture Enterprise ID holders (“Accenture Users”) or Accenture clients’ personnel (“Non-Accenture Users”).

Depending on the capacity in which you are accessing this Platform, slightly different provisions might apply to you as detailed below.

WHY ARE YOU INTERACTING WITH ACCENTURE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE HCM LEARNING PLATFORM – FOR NON-ACCENTURE USERS ONLY
Accenture is providing certain services to an entity, organization, or business you are affiliated with (“Your Organization”). In order to provide such services, Accenture and Your Organization have agreed that you will access and use this Platform.

Your Organization has provided Accenture with your contact details when designating you as an authorized user of the Platform. If you have any doubts or queries relating to why your personal data has been shared with Accenture or you have been selected to access and use the Platform, you should contact Your Organization first.

WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS ACCENTURE PROCESSING ABOUT YOU AS A DATA CONTROLLER
